FRICKEN FACO is located in the double decker food truck at The Lot!
Fried + Chicken = FRICKEN
Bite-size, boneless chicken breast, hand breaded and fried to order. We offer different sauce options for the FRICKEN as a way for our customers to customize their Fried Chicken. The specialty cart-made sauces are what makes the FRICKEN unique and delicious. There are 6 sauces to choose from, three that are SWEET (Honey Butter, Sweet BBQ, Orange Tamarind) and three with some HEAT (Korean BBQ, Wild Buffalo and Spicy Thai). The chosen sauce is tossed with the Fried Chicken which coats each piece into moist, crunch-tastic, finger licking nuggets of goodness. The FRICKEN is served steaming hot in a bucket with veggie sticks on the side.
Fish + Taco = FACO
Fish Taco fans get excited! We use NW wild caught fish that is also hand breaded and fried to order. Each FACO has two strips of fried fish laid on a warm flour tortilla (GF corn tortilla upon request). We use our cart made Tomatillo-Avocado Salsa and Cilantro-Lime Aioli as the signature chef inspired flavor. Then top with cabbage, onion, cilantro and feta cheese. Mmmmmm, satisfaction! You just might dream about these FACO’s and need to come back weekly for your FACO fix!
