Return to a pain free lifestyle with Myofascial Release massage therapy.350 Constant debilitating back pain, nagging tension, shooting nerve pain down my leg, depression, low sex drive, constipation, extreme irritability, anxiety, and isolation.

Believe me, I’m very familiar with chronic pain; and, this is why I’m passionate about helping people like you return to a pain-free lifestyle!

Myofascial Release or “MFR” for short consists of the gentle application of sustained pressure into the fascia and fascial restrictions. MFR was the answer to my prayers as well as the countless others I’ve helped in getting their joyfully active lives back.

“I’ve seen several other health care professionals with very little success, but with Robbie I gained huge improvement physically, mentally and emotionally.”

How is Myofascial Release Different from Massage Therapy?

Your myofascial therapist artistically finds the restrictions and removes the slack without sliding on the skins surface. This then enables your therapist to use the fascial system as an amazing lever that reaches deeply into your body where significant problems may be located.

This gentle pressure is held for a minimum of 5 minutes allowing a softening and lasting release that can then be felt throughout the body.

What is Fascia?
Fascia is a tough connective tissue which spreads throughout the body in a three-dimensional web from head to toe and skin to bone without interruption.

Trauma, poor posture, and inflammation can create a binding down of fascia, resulting in excessive pressure on nerves, muscles, blood vessels, osseous structures, and/or organs.

Fascial restrictions do not show up on standard tests such as x-rays, myelograms, CAT scans, electromyography, etc., so if your doctor has ruled out any major ailments and you’re still left with unexplained pain and reduced movement, it may be time to explore your fascial system and give myofascial release a try!
